Our approach

Not another technique, but understanding why people do what they do

A training course often ends full of good intentions. The exercises went smoothly, the evaluations are positive and everyone knows the theory. Yet after a while, employees often fall back into old habits.

The reason has nothing to do with motivation. People respond to stress, criticism or an angry customer the way they have done for years, often without realising it. These unconscious patterns differ from person to person and stem from what someone has experienced earlier in life. These experiences make up a person’s life programme.

With our unique training method, we deliberately focus on where certain behaviour comes from, not on the behaviour itself. Participants discover their life programme and find out how it is reflected in their communication and the way they react. Real and lasting change only becomes possible once people understand their own patterns.

The insights from our training reach the core. This leads to changes that your customers will notice and that employees will feel in both their head and their body.

Pantelco's approach
The method

Three steps, always in this order

Whether someone is presenting, handling customers on the phone or leading a team, the life experience they bring with them plays a part. We make that something people can talk about openly, and that's where change begins.

1
Looking at where behaviour comes from

Frustration, enjoyment and confusion all come from somewhere. Everyone has been given a “life programme”, and we have our own methodology for making it visible. You see what gets triggered under stress, and where your greatest room for growth lies.

2
Translating it into the present

Those life experiences show up in the present. We make the connection between current behaviour and what came before it. Participants experience a powerful insight that they can feel both mentally and physically.

3
More power of choice in practice

People let go of old patterns and become more open to new experiences. They become kinder to themselves and more empathetic towards others. That leads to greater freedom and to personal leadership.

Why Pantelco

What sets us apart

We start from your situation

No off-the-shelf programme that happens to fit. Because we start from your challenges, the impact in the workplace is often noticeable after the very first session.

Trainers with real-life leadership experience

Our trainers and coaches have made their own leadership journey. They guide from experience, not just from theory.

Beyond practising with cases

For us, practical doesn't just mean role play. We link it to the participant's life programme and show how it is mirrored in their communication.

Well-founded assessments

We map work motivations and value systems precisely. That helps with teamwork and with smarter recruiting.

Training architect, not a supplier

We think along with you about the whole picture: which groups, in which order, and what you need afterwards to make it stick.

Multilingual trainers driven by excellence

Our trainers work in several languages and want to create a “wow” effect with every group. That's not a slogan, it's the bar we set ourselves.

The result

What you'll see in the workplace

Not immediately, and not equally fast for everyone. But these are the things managers most often tell us after a programme.

Ownership in action

Staff wait less and take the initiative to tackle things themselves.

Conscious communication

Managers ask the right question more often. They know their own triggers and stay calmer, even under pressure.

A culture of engagement

Lower staff turnover, because people feel valued and see that their growth is being invested in.

Teams that dare to speak up to each other

Feedback and feedforward come naturally. A moment of crisis becomes a learning moment instead of a reproach.

A better customer experience

You hear staff not only solving the problem, but also thinking along with the customer and exceeding expectations.

A shift you can see

We aim for measurably different behaviour, not a satisfied feeling that has gone again after two weeks.
