Pantelco general terms and conditions

Agreement between user and Pantelco

The Pantelco website consists of several web pages, all of which are operated by Pantelco.

The Pantelco website is offered to you on the condition that you accept these terms, provisions and notices without modification. By using the Pantelco website you agree to all of these terms, provisions and notices.

Changes to these terms and conditions

Pantelco reserves the right to change the terms, provisions and notices under which the Pantelco website is offered. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs associated with the use of the Pantelco website.

Links to third parties

The Pantelco website may contain links to other websites (“linked sites”). Linked sites are not under the control of Pantelco, and Pantelco is not responsible for the content of any linked site. This includes, but is not limited to, any links appearing on a linked site. Pantelco is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission from a linked site. No unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of using the Pantelco website, you warrant that you will not use the Pantelco website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, provisions and notices. You may not use the Pantelco website in any way that causes damage to, disruption of or overload of the Pantelco website, or that affects any other party’s use of the Pantelco website. Nor may you obtain, or attempt to obtain, any materials or information by any means that has not been deliberately made available or provided for that purpose through the Pantelco websites.

Use of communication services

The Pantelco website may contain chat areas, newsgroups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars and/or other message or communication facilities. These are designed to enable you to communicate with the public or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”). You agree to use such Communication Services only to post and send messages and materials that are appropriate to and related to the specific Communication Service. Upload files containing viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another computer.
Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless the Communication Service permits such messages.
Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot legally be distributed in that manner.
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other appropriate notices, or proprietary designations.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Communication Services.
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines that may apply to a particular Communication Service.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

Pantelco is under no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Pantelco reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. Pantelco reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Pantelco reserves the right at all times to disclose any information necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, and to edit, refuse to post or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

Pantelco does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service. Pantelco therefore cannot be held responsible for the Communication Services, or for any action resulting from your participation in a Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorised Pantelco spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Pantelco.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on use, reproduction and/or distribution. You are responsible for complying with such limitations if you download the materials.

Materials provided to Pantelco or posted on a Pantelco website

Pantelco does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Pantelco (including feedback and suggestions) or that you post, upload or add to a Pantelco website or its associated services (collectively, “Submission”). You remain the owner of the Submission at all times. However, by posting, uploading, adding, providing or submitting your Submission, you grant Pantelco and its affiliated companies permission to use your Submission for the operation of their internet business, including without limitation the right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display and publicly perform it; to reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission as provided herein. Pantelco is under no obligation to use the Submission and may remove the Submission at any time at its sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, adding or providing your Submission, you warrant that you own or otherwise have legal control of the rights to it.

Liability

The information, software, products and services included in or available through the Pantelco website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are added to the information periodically. Pantelco and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the Pantelco website at any time. Advice received through the Pantelco website should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pantelco and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including without limitation damages for loss of use or of data arising out of the use of the Pantelco website.

Termination / restriction of access

Pantelco reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Pantelco website and its related services, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
