Pantelco collects only the personal data strictly necessary to deliver our services. Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following categories of data:
Identity data: Name, first name, email address
Contact details: Information required to reach you when needed
We may collect:
First name, last name, email (if provided)
Years of education
Country of employment
Profession
Postal code
Company name
Job title
These details are provided by the participant to generate accurate motivation reports within a work context.
Pantelco sends the assessment link on behalf of the client. The participant chooses whether to complete the assessment. Registration is required, and users receive personal access codes to view their stored data.
Registered users always receive basic feedback generated from their assessment.
Clients are aware that certain data is entered by the user and understand the format.
Pantelco partners with JobEQ, which securely stores all personal data. JobEQ operates fully in line with GDPR requirements.
Users can delete their data at any time by selecting “Delete and forget my data from the JobEQ database” using their personal access codes.
Users are informed during registration that their data will never be used for marketing purposes unless they explicitly consent.
JobEQ and Pantelco commit to never altering personal data and to using it solely for generating accurate reports for clients.
Clients may request repeated assessments over time to track development. Therefore, data is retained until the user or employee requests deletion. This is communicated before the assessment begins.
The generated reports provide insights into workplace motivation. These insights support recruitment, coaching and personal development in a respectful and informed manner. Personal data is stored exclusively for this purpose.
Pantelco will never use this data for marketing or share it with third parties.
Pantelco typically collects your data directly from you when you share it with us.
We process personal data only when necessary to:
