Training that starts with people, not techniques

In-company programmes for teams, coaches and managers

An employee who hesitates to ask follow-up questions. A team that starts the week feeling tense. A colleague who remains quiet for the rest of the day after a difficult phone call.

Everyone notices these behaviours, yet few people understand where they come from. Employees often respond to customers and situations based on automatic patterns they have developed over many years. Someone who finds it difficult to ask further questions is often acting from habits that have been present, unconsciously, since childhood.

In our in-company training programmes, we combine the latest insights from neuroscience with everyday workplace practice. Each participant gains insight into their own life programme. Together, we uncover the origins of deeply rooted behavioural patterns, identify their greatest growth potential, and translate these insights into concrete actions that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

The result: stronger personal leadership, more intelligent communication, and a genuine wow experience for both your employees and your customers.

A training only succeeds if, six weeks later, you can see that what was learned is actually being applied.

That's why we start by listening, looking at your approach and setting the learning objectives. After the training, we return to take stock and give further advice.

What sets us apart

We start where other training programmes stop.

By uncovering behavioural patterns in real-life workplace situations, we turn every programme into a highly personal learning experience. This is what sets us apart:

1
Insight into your life programme

This helps you quickly understand what is reflected in the way you communicate. The result is immediate self-awareness and more effective communication, as employees discover that what triggers them often originates in their own communication patterns. These insights also help prevent conflict, resistance, demotivation and burnout before they escalate.

2
We start with the individual

Every person is unique. That's why we take each individual's preferred way of processing information into account: do they learn best by listening, feeling, thinking or doing? Through our approach, people recognise their own life programme and the patterns that shape their conversations. Once people truly see what drives their behaviour, change happens naturally, not because they have to, but because it makes sense.

3
Proven frameworks brought together in one coherent approach

We take an integrative approach, combining methods and frameworks from behavioural science, communication and coaching into one seamless learning journey. We move effortlessly between the bigger picture and the finer details, connecting insights across different themes.

4
The entire organisation is involved

We map workplace motivations and value systems, coach team leaders and managers, and bring unspoken tensions and conflicts into the open. We actively involve different levels of the organisation, because training creates far greater impact when everyone is part of the process.

5
We follow up six weeks later

We start by listening and defining the learning objectives together. Six weeks after the programme, we return to evaluate how the new insights and skills are being applied in day-to-day practice.

6
Twenty-five years of hands-on experience

More than 700 training programmes delivered in contact centres, customer service departments and boardrooms across Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, the United States and France. You benefit from the expertise of highly experienced trainers and coaches. We also provide an in-depth analysis of your contact centre, sales team or customer service department, accompanied by a comprehensive and actionable report.

And then there's something that doesn't fit into any framework: we love what we do and we aim for a “wow” feeling. You can feel and hear it in the training room.
